Okay. I give up. I thought I could sneak in a post or two while I was away, but it sounds like a bother. And I certainly can’t be bothered. It may mess my hair up. Then, I thought I could pre-write and schedule a post like my TypePad blog does (which I really like), but no. It doesn’t look like WordPress has that kind of option.

That means you get a vacation from moi. No grammar lessons, no finger shaking, no monkey business. Just think about how well you’ll sleep for an entire week without my bitching and moaning about every freaking thing I can get my fingers to type. Just think about all the new and refreshing material I’ll have. I won’t be able to get a single meme done. Is that a serious bummer, or what? Sheesh.

I have to write fast because I’m supposed to be getting packed and ready to head out for our road trip and done BEFORE the MoH gets home. I checked the route out on Google satellite last night and oooo-weee, much of it is seriously out in the S-T-I-C-K-S. You know. Deserted western towns. Ghost. Towns. We’re side-swiping Death Valley, too. Just for safe measure, I checked out the accomodations in a few of the little towns (like, there are about three) along the way. We’ll cross our fingers about whether there will be a vacancy by the time we get there. Sleeping in the car is not something I can do. It’s challenging enough to sleep in a bed these days.
